I just went to Alma with some friends and we ordered ceviche flights: "Rainbow" which was tuna I think and spanish mackeral, a Lobster-coconut-spicy one, the "fire and ice" fluke, and my friend also got the scallops and the "bigeye" tuna. All of these were really fabulous -- and it was a perfect real & light meal, as I had requested a few posts earlier.

Thanks for that suggestion! It was great!

Lobster and Crab Coconut Ceviche
Habanero chilies, ginger and lime sorbet

Scallop Ceviche Verde
Green chilies, cilantro puree, avocado slices and cilantro sprouts

Fire And Ice Ceviche
Fluke with preserved lemon, sage, hot garlic oil and crispy lemon rings

Bigeye Tuna Tiradito
Sliced avocado, wasabi espuma, orange segments and soy

Rainbow Ceviche
Tuna, salmon and spanish mackerel marinated in lime juice and jalapeno with roasted sweet potato slices
