Ok Ok. I know everyone is a product of their environment when it comes to their favorite pizza but I've done my homework. First off, my grandma took me and my brother every Friday night for 12 years to Alba's pizzeria in Briarwood, Queens for pizza. In lieu of a bar mitvah, my dad took me to Rocky Lee's on 2nd and 53rd for pizza. I took Mrs. Guttergourmet to the Original Famous Ray's of Greenwich Village on our first date. I've eaten at Grimaldi's, Totonno's (Coney Island only), Nick's (of Forest Hills), Denino's (of Staten Island), Lombardi's, Sally's and Peppe's (of New Haven), Patsy's (of Harlem), Arturo's, DiFara's, Una Pizza Napoletana and hundreds of other no name slice places for over 40 years multiple times at each. I have finally had an epiphany...the best of the best, hands down, no debate, no further discussion, I can't be dissuaded...the greatest pizza in the universe:
JOHN'S OF BLEECKER STREET!!!!!!
