non alkali, organic cocoa powder

For years, decades, i have used cocoa powder to make my hot cocoa, which i drink every day instead of coffee.

Because i drink so much cocoa, i have always sought organic, fat free, non-Dutch processed (no alkali), and Rapunzel brand fit the requirements with a package that contained 4 x 5 pound bags. It would last me a year.

So, i use Rapunzel cocoa, organic sugar or organic maple syrup, and fat free organic milk to make a clean, hot drink that i love. Sometimes i put a schmear of peppertmint oil on the inside of the mug into which i pour the hot milk. Just a scosh.

I had to go to Bellingham (Washington) to get the cocoa powder.

Things have changed. The powder now comes only in 50 pound bags. That's way too much for me to handle.

I could buy say, Camino brand (in a small 224 gram container) and though I know cocoa prices have risen, buying in such small quantities (for the amount I drink) just isn't affordable for me.

Does anyone have a lead on a replacement for that which i so dearly miss?
