Perhaps his new Michelin star will bring hoards of undescriminating diners to his restaurant in the burbs, but for now, do not miss the opportunity to taste his creative and innovative cooking. A thorough review will follow, but I am still basking in the glow of the taste sensations served in his $100 ten course tasting menu. The room might be minimalist in extreme, but who cares with such amazing food. Hop on the TGV now and enjoy something very special. Wow.
