This once great place has gone to the dogs in the last six weeks. We ate here in mid-Sept 2009, and had a superb meal, great value for money, buzzy ambiance etc. Went there last night (late-Oct), and it was crap: bad food, no atmosphere.
It turns out the chef left six weeks ago, and the sous-chef is in charge ... and, boy, does it show. The owners need to sort this out quickly, before it loses its reputation.
