Al Noor (Pakistan restaurant) - LAWNDALE

I just had to let you guys know how good this place is. It's a little hole in the wall Pakistani restaurant that serves halal meat (which isn't really important to me, just thought I'd mention it.) I am now totally addicted to the food and eat it or crave it once every week. Not only is the food fantastic, but the prices are super cheap, about $5-6 an entree, and the serving size of those entrees are big enough for two to share (with a plate of rice or basket of nan.). The ambiance is about as nice as a Dunkin Donuts, but the food is totally worth it. Sometimes the service is a little slow, as it is a family run restaurant with grandma (and sometimes the grandkids) waiting tables, while dad cooks in the back. The food is fresh and tasty, but very spicy, so make sure to request less spice or order a mango lassi if you aren't a spicy eater.
