On 10/28/2011, Melissa Clark discussed this Colombian stew in a NYTimes article. She made an americanized version by subbing russets for one of the potato varieties and oregano plus baby spinach for the guascas. I have waited until now for the recipe, but it has not appeared. Can anyone provide a recipe for ajiaco? TIA
