Aji Salsa receipe?

I've been searching a little for a good aji recipe (the "green" sauce at peruvian restuarants). What I have seen varies too widely, some use parsley and cilantro, others just cilantro. All sorts of chiles. And some use saltines as well. Can someone give me a middle of the road recipe? something that takes like it does in the squeeze bottles and my local peruvian joints?
