Ahi Tuna from Costco surprisingly good for Sushi

good eats | Jan 6, 2006 05:01 PM

The other night I used Ahi Tuna for sushi. Surprisingly it was pretty fresh, and also good. It was actaully better than many restaurants in the city. Maybe because the turnover rate is so high there. The labels also say when they packaged it. I was able to get some that were packaged the same day. The tuna was also very affordable, only $9.99 a pound. 1 pound of tuna was able to fill up the 4 of us. I highly recommend it.
