The Houston's chain (Bandera / Gulfstream) here in Los Angeles have been trading back and forth a fabulous recipe for ahi poke that is one of the best I have ever had. At present, Bandera WLA is serving the dish and Gulfstream has removed it from its menu. I would love to get my hands on the recipe for home use. Have any of you tried it, and would you be willing to speculate what's in it?
