Ahh... Another Convert to the Greek Deli

Every time I bring back lunch from the Greek Deli on 19th St people ask me where I got such great smelling and good looking food, and today was no exception. As I was eating my pasticcio platter there was one co-worker who was particularly interested as he was a big fan of Greek food. I told him where it was, how great all of the food was there, and how big the platters are (one platter usually feeds me for two lunches). He was to say the least, intrigued.

Just a few minutes ago he poked his head in my office to describe how good his lunch was from the Greek Deli. He got the chicken platter. He said that the orzo was particularly good compared to others and he was especially enamored with the fresh baked bread. He was also quite surprised that he could not finish all of his lunch. The grin on his face proved that he was totally impressed and satisfied.

The Greek Deli is on 19th NW between L and M. I particularly recommend the meatballs on Wednesdays.
