I must confess that I'm not a big fan of most pre-flavoured oils but people often give them to me as gifts since I like to cook. On a whim I brushed some fancy schmancy beautifully bottled chili oil on vegetables before throwing them on the grill. Very tasty. Any other suggestions welcome!
