The Age-Old Question. Do you Complain to the Waiter or Twitter?

This Tom Colicchio video made me think (I hate when it happens)...

The other day I did something that would anger Colicchio. I said nothing to the waiter at Roberta's about the shockingly bad pasta, and instead posted about it on Instagram.

I suppose in a perfect world, Colicchio's advice would be the way to go. It should be all about the customer, and making sure things are handled properly in the moment and everyone leaves happy.

But its not a perfect world Tom. Just like you are dealing with different people, we are dealing with different chefs. Some of whom believe that the customer is always right, until he's wrong.
