What to serve with ham??
I am serving a Smithfield ham, beaten biscuits, spring peas with mint, glazed carrots and/or roasted asparagus.
Do you think an Alsatian wine? What about some kind of fruity red? My expertise is in Italian reds and California chardonnays so I am feeling fairly clueless. Any specifics would be great (year, Vineyard, etc), cost no object.
Also any additions to the menu?? There are going to be 10-12 of us.
