Afternoon tea in DC-MD-N VA

Hey folks, I indulged in afternoon tea last Friday in the gorgeous lobby of the historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond. It was only $14.50 & it got me thinking to go back & compile a list of tea rooms & hotels that serve high or full tea in the afternoons. If you visit this link:

you'll see that many teas have gone up to $23+ - crazy!! But you can still find some lovely afternoon teas for $18 & less, altho some are mid-week & you may have to reserve a few weeks in advance for some:

St Regis at 16th & K no longer serves afternoon tea!
