My book group continues to eat its way happily through NYC. We ate most happily at Pam Real Thai Food the night of the junior blizzard last week, while discussing "The Magic Mountain." Oh, yum.
This month, I thought Afghan Kebab @ 9th and 51 might blend, nicely, with our book: "Reading Lolita in Tehran." What do chowhounds think? I've not been there, but need to stay on the cheap and yet quiet side and the West 40s/West 50s side if you guys say no go.
So what do you think?
(And p.s., though we are about six strong, we are always looking for new members.)
