Maybe there is a catch or a better deal, but the Treasure Island on Wells is selling Prairie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream for $4.19 a quart. This price is 2 dollars less than the price Jewel is offering for the Dean Heavy Whipping Cream equivalent. I don't have a Costco membership, preventing me from price comparison there. For those who like fresh butter and fresh ice cream like me, this is a good deal.
