I would like to make a roasted vegetable medley with brussel sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower.
(By the way, is this not a good idea?)
I don't want to make it in any fancy way, since we will have so many other dishes with strong flavors. I thought of just tossing the veggies in olive oil and roasting them with garlic, salt and pepper.
Should I parboil the brussel sprouts? For how long?
How long should I roast everything?
