Advice needed on moist, juicy and golden turkey

I will be making a 6 kg (appr. 13 lbs) turkey for Passover - any recommendations as to the preferred way to make a moist, juicy and golden turkey?

Is it start low and go high heat; start on high heat and then go low; or go low all the way?

Suggestions/favorite recipes would be greatly appreciated.
