Advice needed to fine-tune choices

Hello , I have many questions and options, would love some input. We are 4 friends in our late-50's and adventurous eaters.

Our first day will begin with b’fast at Veselka (for sentimental reasons) then will be going to The Whitney, the High Line, Little Island, Fotografiska gallery and Economy Candy. I’ve never been to Economy Candy before, is it worth making a trip? Any places in Chelsea Market that are notable to get a mid-day snack? Thinking of dinner at Chama Mama in Chelsea.

The next day I will go by Kalustyans to stock up on exotics. Thinking of lunch at Wokuni or Norma or if there is an Indian restaurant that is destination worthy I’d love to know. (This will be a Monday)

For smoked fish to have for b’fast at the place we are staying (UWS) does one prefer Barney Greengrass or Zabars?

One day will be devoted to NYBG and will hit Mike’s Deli on Arthur Ave. Also Tony and Tina’s or other? for bureks. Anything else that shouldn’t be missed over there?

Having dinner at Shukette, could only snag 5pm. What do you like best on their menu.

We are seeing a show and booked Etcetera Etcetera and I am not excited by this but it will be stress-free.

In the event that we have a couple of meals near where we stay there are a lot of places on Amsterdam that sound good. Any that can be disgarded or shouldn’t be missed? In no particular order: Bahn NY, Hungarian Pastry Shop, Szechuan Garden, Awash, The Mermaid Inn for oyster happy hour, Naruto Ramen, Sala Thai, Joe’s Steamed Rice Roll, Arco, Bustan, Alachi, Hachi Maki for happy hour.

Any daytime recommendations around South Street Seaport historic district? Not sure I will get there.

Bars: Bar Goto, Dantes, Decibel, Double Chicken Please, 67 Orange Street, Tiki Chick

Thanks in advance.
