Advice for making Biryani-style fragrant Rice Noodles

Unfortunately my area does not sell fragrant or aromatic Rice Noodles only regular Rice Noodles.

Nevertheless having bought Kewra Water (due to being unable to get hold of Pandan leaves), Saffron and Rice Noodles, am interested to know what other ingredients would be needed to make Biryani-style fragrant/aromatic Rice Noodles for mainly Vegan non-Allium meals as well as when the Kewra Water, saffron / etc should be added to the Rice Noodles?
