I'll be in town in a month and am going to book tables at Stella!, Bayona and Brigtsen's. I've heard that Jacques-Imo's is great, but won't take reservations. I've seen the menu for Peristyle, and it seems a little heavy--is Cuvee more varied? Ideally, I'd like to go someplace that offers casual fine dining, like White Dog in Philly or Union Square Cafe in NYC. Thanks for any advice you can give.
