Advice on African restaurants

Hi. I’ve just learned I’ll be moving to Mali, in West
Africa. My parents are visiting and I’d like to give
them a taste of African food. It looks like the
choices are Ghanain or Ethiopian. While Ghana is
closer to Mali, I’m more concerned with a good place
to take my folks than giving them a really accurate
taste of food I’m likely to encounter.

My dad is hard of hearing and my mom tends to like
places with a fairly nice atmosphere. There will be
six of us total.

I’ve read about Bukom Cafe, but was worried it would
be too loud. There’s also Ghana Cafe, but I don’t have
a sense of the atmosphere. I’ve also heard of Zed’s
but know nothing about it, and have heard good things
about Etete. Any insight or advice would be
