I want to try something different tonight. Anything goes; any ethnicity, any style. I've recently enjoyed grasshoppers at To Y Yo and the house-made haggis at Haven. As long as we can get to it by T and it's less expensive than, say, L'Espalier.
...Doesn't have to be bugs and lungs, by the way. I'd also be interested to hear your favorite place where the chef is just doing creative things.
