What to do with an adundance of seriously cheap chocolate

I came into 28oz of very cheap, not chocolately tasting, leave a film on the roof of your mouth
"bittersweet" baking chocolate. I love anything with a deep, dark chocolately taste - any ideas what I can do with all this chocolate to make it palatable?
