Why are you just blanket deleting posts from unhappy customers????? Nothing says 'we couldn't care less' like ignoring your customer complaints and sweeping their concerns under the rug...... It used to be a fun and informative forum for us to share our love of all things food, and now you're making it unbearably uninteresting and unfriendly. And an actual response to this, as opposed to just ignoring and deleting, would be appreciated. I'm copying this to all of my fellow hounds who deserve an explanation. Thank you In advance for addressing my concerns.
