I attended the Oktoberfest in Addison last week and I really enjoyed myself. The food was pretty good -- certainly a step above most event-vendor chow, but I didn't notice anything really stellar. THE BEER was another story -- I had forgotten how wonderful fresh German beer on tap can be. My question is, can I serve this at home without committing to a keg? I would like to have a small Oktoberish dinner at my house next week but even a pony keg would be a much greater commitment than I believe I can undertake. Are those little microbarrels any good? Is there a good source for them in Dallas?
