Where Can I Get Accurate Nutrional Info?

Humbucker | Jan 8, 200805:21 PM

Does anyone know what the most accurate nutritional information website is? I find that the information given for generic items varies greatly depending on which site I'm looking at. For instance, the amount of fiber in a cup of cooked pinto beans can be listed as anywhere from 7 to 14 grams. That's quite a spread. How do I know which source is correct?
