I will be going to Acadiana at 9:30 tonight and want to maximize me experience. First, does anyone know what the appetizers on the RW menu are? I've been eyeing the foie gras as I've never tried it but have always wanted to- is this a good idea? Of course there are the oysters gratin; Entree, the veal grits and seafood gumbo and bbq shrimp seem promising. Suggestions welcome!
