The wife and I want to do an abbreviated Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve. I was only thinking three dishes, but she wanted to throw in Lobster Bisque, which isn't Italian but who can argue with Lobster Bisque. And I already had the Lobster Linguine on the menu so having the bisque wouldn't be a problem, other than now having two lobster dishes.
Here's the menu, any suggestions or alternatives to consider? I think one of the lobster dishes has to be replaced, so either the wife (bisque) or me (linguine) will have to give.

Sea Bass with Heirloom Tomato Scampi
