This dessert was fantastic and I am not a dessert person. I usually either go the cheese or dessert wine route. The bodino was both light and rich at the same time (if that makes any sense). The touch of oil drizzled on it and the salt were the perfect foil for the chocolate. I know it is very faddy right now to do chocolate, olive oil, and salt but I'm telling you, it really works.
Sidenote: I have only been to a16 for lunches; never a wait and not loud at all. They have certainly used a lot of cork in the place to absorb noise so I am curious as to just how loud it gets at night.
