Hi there, I've just recently returned from the big city with a truckload of ingredients from the local Chinese markets. I have a few question about the ingredients.
Are there any native Mandarin speakers out there (from 四川省 would be even better) who would be willing to help this white quy with his passion for 四川菜?
For example, I have a bottle of sauce from Laoganma with the first two characters 肉丝 which I think is pork, but what is the difference with 猪肉, whick I think is pork as well.
The product is 肉丝豆豉油辣椒
