THE BASICS OF GOOD FOOD PREPARATION
A friend at work has suggested that I consider taking a basic cooking course of several weeks duration. considering my latest obsession with the proper preparation of good tasting dishes.
I'm not looking for a new career or becoming a Blue Ribbon chef, or opening a new restaurant just something adequate to learn the basic fundamentals of food preparation and not too expensive please.
