My wife and I are making our 4th trip to the cresent city. We will be coming for St Patricks Day week. Monday through friday. We love the atmosphere of the city especially the French Quarter. However, I feel as though we haven't really experienced the awesome food that New Orleans has to offer. The only nice restaruants that we have really been to were Baco and Irene's. We really would like to have 3 nice dinners that won't kill our pocketbook. Hopefully lower that $150 for the two of us. We are hoping that because we are going to be there during the week that we will be able to enjoy the atmosphere without the crowds. I was thinking that we could go to Cochon for lunch sometime and maybe Brunch at Commander's if they serve during the week.
The biggest concerns we have is how to dress. We also dont want to be in a stuffy environment. I have tattoos on my arms and earrings. Just hoping to go somewhere where we will be welcome which has always been the case in the past. Ant help would be greatly appreciated.
We are staying in the Quarter and will not have a car so we are footing it or taxis.
