4th Trip this year-trying different places-thoughts?

My wife and I are kinda Vegas junkies, mainly for the food. Heading to vegas June 11th-15th and we want to try some of the places weve seen that the menus interest us but I dont see talked about alot on these boards. The last three trips we've eaten at L'atelier and Bouchon(3 times each), Craftsteak(twice), Julian Serrano, PUB, and Joe's(twice). Curious to get some opinions on our planned itenerary.

Mon- light lunch at Joe's which is kinda a tradition with us. We fly in mid afternoon stop in and have some stonecrab and spinach then head back to our hotel for a nap.
Dinner- Comme Ca- we really like the look of the menu

Tues- Breakfast Ri Ra for a fryup before hitting Moorea beach club.
Dinner- Nobhill Tavern- we had a drink here last trip and loved the room. Looked over the menu with the bartender and the food sounds amazing but I dont see alot of talk about it from my fellow chowhounds.

Wed-Late breakfast at Bouchon because I cant skip it.
Was looking for somewhere to have a late afternoon snack because we have 9:30 reservationjs at Raku that night which we are very excited about.

Thurs- Looking for a good quick breakfast spot. Is Carnegie deli any good? We'll be going to Bare pool that day and theyre in the same hotel. If not we might just grab something at the Aria before heading over.
Dinner- not sure yet. kind of a tossup between Jasmine at the Bellagio(i love chinese and she loves the fountains) or Jaleo. We've never beem to either.

Fri- we fly out around three. Would love some ideas for a good lunch spot.

Thanks for your help.
