*45* NYC teens ISO kosher chow

Loeb | Feb 10, 2002 01:38 PM

On a Sunday in April, 45 teens and adults will visit the Tenement Museum (LES) and then will see a B'way show. They need a kosher place to eat somewhere along the way that's (1)no more than $20/pp; (2)Available Sundays 12:30-2pm (they'll make reservations); (3) Not too "adventurous" (so places like Madras Mahal are out); and (4)Have good food for the money.

Le Marais sounds great but too pricey; My Most Favorite Dessert Company sounds expensive for a cafe; Jerusalem II on 37th and B'way might fit the bill but I wonder about food quality. Too bad Ratners isn't kosher any more. That's where they ate last time.

Any comments or any other ideas will be most appreciated!
