What to do with 40% BF cream?

I picked up a quart of "manufacturing" cream, which has a significantly higher percentage butterfat than usual American heavy cream (40% vs a max of 36%).

Now I'm wondering if there's a use/dish where the extra BF will make or break the the finished product, or if I should just use it as a somewhat decadent subsitute for regular heavy cream. Any thoughts?
