4 hours in Atlanta

I have kind of an odd request for info.

I'm flying into Atlanta in a few weeks and will have 4-5 hours to grab a meal and some drinks before I get picked up and taken to rural Georgia for a wedding.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a restaurant with good food that I can go sit at the bar eat/drink from about 3:30 - 7:30.

Food is probably the most important factor but I also don't want to be somewhere that is stuffy since I'll be logging a lot of time there by myself.

Any help is appreciated
