I cook sous vide at home, have a smoker out back for when th BBQ craving hits, we have tasted the food at Alinea, Daniel, Spotted Pig, Ma Peche, French Laundry, El Bulli, Etxebarri, Sin Huat, Ursawa, Go's Mart, Providence, El Pigeon, The China Club, etc.. In other words we have eaten at the best restaurants in the world. These are by no means our favorites, but just mentioned to put forth the level of how serious we are about food tourism. Our desire for the next great meal has brought around the US, Europe and parts of the far east (China and Vietnam). Tokyo is the next stop and we would love to know where to eat. We want to know what tasting menu to splurge on, where to grab an unreal snack, lunch, or meal in a department store. the Cowhound Army has never steered wrong, would love to know the current themes in Tokyo.
