4 days in Provence

My husband and I will be spending 4 days in Provence in mid-September. I know that it's not enough time, but it's all we have. We'll be based in Bonnieux. The threads here on the region have been amazing and there are simply too many places that we want to go. I have a preference for not having to drive to dinner (but am willing to make an exception for La Bartavelle). Our current plan:

Thursday: drive from Lyon to Bonnieux. I imagine we will skip lunch (or have something very light) as we will be recovering from eating at Bocuse the night before. We plan to stop in Avignon to do some (quick) sightseeing. I think we will do L'Arome or Le Fournil in Bonnieux for dinner, perhaps with a drink on the terrace at Le Capelongue first.

Friday: It's my understanding that Friday is the market day in Bonnieux, and I have also read good things on these boards about the Loumarin market. Friday night, I'd like to go to La Bartavelle -- I know that we need to call ahead to make a reservation.

Saturday dinner: Whichever of L'Arome / Le Fournil we did not get to on Thursday.

Sunday: The market at L'Isle sur la Sorgue seems to get mixed reviews here. We are not terribly interested in antiques -- is this worthwhile? Sunday night we are going to Le Casteles and have booked a room to stay there afterwards.

Our plans during the days have not been fully fleshed out, but I think we want to work in lunch at La Petite Cave in Saignon (or it's now La Petite Cafe?). We will also definitely do at least one of the walks that kurtis has suggested. One day (probably Fri or Sat) we will drive to Baux-des-Provence and St. Remy. Should we go to Bistro Le Paradou for lunch or should that be a picnic day? I am wary of doing a big lunch AND big dinner each day.

Am I missing anything that is a can't-miss? Thank you all for sharing so many wonderful recommendations.
