4-1/2 Days to eat in Toronto! Hounds, we need some advice!

Toronto Hounds - Can you help choose one in each category for us? We're going to stay downtown and would prefer not to do too much driving, but we will for the right place(s). Trying to avoid the hotel dining spots - want the well tested independent places that have stood the test of time or great new independent spots. No chains for us.

In order of priority - Quality of the food, cleanliness but nothing fancy, good value for our money, service and location (downtown area)

Chinese - Lee Gardens, Pearl Court, Happy 7, Pink Pearl, or Peter's Chung King
Indian - Dhaba or Babur
Thin Crust (NY) Brick Oven Pizza - Serra, Amato or Hornero
Seafood - Jo So or Solo on Jonge
Thai - Friendly Thai, Golden Thai, Thai Magic, or Salad King
French - La Paalaette, Biffs or Cafe Pleiades
Greek - Pan on Danforth, Avil or Mezes
Lunch - Agora, Jules, Jump Cafe or Terroni
Italian - Seven Numbers, Bosco, La Bruschetta, Bar Italia, Goldfish, Zucca Trattoria, Biagio, Bellini's or La Mode Whew!!
Breakfast - Hello Toast,Avenue Diner or Sunset Grill

PLACES WE ALREADY KNOW TO BE AT - DUFFLET BAKERY, CHIANDO, GOLDSTON, AND BONJOUR BRIOCHE.

Thanks to anybody who can help. Happy New Years to all!
