How do you feel about them? What do you cook in them?

I've noticed many 3qt saucepans do not have helper handles. This strikes me as strange. I imagine them to be heavy when full. Do you have a helper handle on your 3qt?

Is a 4qt more useful?

I have an Atlantis 2.3qt saucepan and 5.5qt dutch oven but I feel like I could use something in between. I have the opportunity to snag an Atlantis 3.2 for a touch over 100 which strikes me as a great deal, but the lack of a helper handle makes me nervous.
