Do 375m bottles age as well as 750m ones?

I have the opportunity to buy splits of 2007 Ken Wright Pinot Noir futures for $20 per bottle. The 750m bottles are $40 per bottle. They do not charge more per oz for the smaller bottles vs a standard bottle. I kind of like splits since DW doesn't drink wine and the split gives me two nice pours and I don't have to worry about wasting the rest of the bottle or having to preserve it in some fashion.

If I am going to store these wines for at least three years, does anybody have any experience at to how the little bottles age vs the standard ones?
