36 inch Induction Cooktop with Knobs

ssutton1958 | Oct 3, 201905:52 PM     2

Hi, I am going to be starting a kitchen remodel shortly. I have decided to move to induction after cooking on electric for 40 years. I want an induction with knob controls. I have only found a few - those being Frigidaire, Viking, Blue Star, and Bertazzoni. Does anyone have any experience with any of these? I'd like to get something a little higher end so I think the Frigidaire is out. I love the looks of the Viking but reliability could be a problem (although I have been told that Viking has gotten much better since the Middleby takeover). Your thoughts and experiences? Thanks.
