This may seem like a dumb question, but, being a guy, that's the way it is. A recipe calls for "3 tbs Basil" and I'm not sure about it. Do I assume that, if measured by the tablespoon, it must mean dried, bottled basil, like Mccormick spices? Isn't fresh basil preferable? If so, what would be the fresh equvalent? Or should I stick to the dried stuff?
