3 nights, need recs!

I'm in the city this weekend Fri-Mon and need help please!

I have eaten at Babbo (almost 10 years ago?) and Scarpetta (last year) and I really, really loved Scarpetta. pomodoro was beyond excellent. but it's been a while since Babbo and I need an italian for Sunday night. I have read about Gemma as well and was recommended to Morandi by a friend. I was wondering if Gemma, Morandi, Babbo, or Scarpetta should replace my current pick, Po? I have only been to Babbo and Scarpetta out of those.

Also, Union Square Cafe, Pastis, or Balthazar for comfort food?

One night I think we'll get Indian at Darbar.

I also want to swing by momofuku milk bar as I have heard it is great

loved Chikalicious last year, wanted to try doughnut plant's doughnuts but I'll figure I'll save those both for a future trip w/ more time

Sunday brunch - does clinton st baking co take reservations? I have been wanting to go for a while because I really love pancakes. my sister who will be with me loves eggs for brunch though so I have also considered l'ecole, stanton social, morandi, cookshop, five points, and bouley upstairs for brunch. I LOVE bouley upstairs, it is the only one I've been to out of those for brunch, I am thinking we might go back but I was wondering if there is something I should be trying instead? it helps if they take reservations and not too fancy/pricey. asiate, for example, is too fancy. I thought sarabeth's was overrated.

thanks!
