3 Nights in Paris with anniversary on the Sunday...Restaurant ideas?

Hi Guys,
My first post in chow as I've been directed here by the lovely folk over at Trip Advisor.
Here's my plee. I'm surprising the wife for our 1st wedding anniversary, and arrive in Paris on the 5th June this year. We dont get in until 2230 so have kinda written off the Friday night to an early bed and early rise fresh for the Saturday.
We are staying at the best western premier Le Carré Folies Opéra on 13 rue Geoffroy-Marie, 9th arr. We are both obsessive foodies and love a good drink. We eat anything and everything and i suppose our favourite to be seafood but definitely not limited to and are also quite open to the Taster menu option for both value and the chance to try what the restaurant has to offer..
I am looking for any recommendations for lunches and dinners especially for the Sunday evening as this is our anniversary night. For this meal id expect to pay around 150-200 euro PP but would also like some less expensive hidden GEMS, if your willing to share them ;) I believe a lot of establishments are closed on Sundays; I was looking into Rech but this falls into the Sunday closed category.
I would also be grateful for some night life recommendations, we are both bordering on 30 and like a night on the town.

Thanks in advance

Sam
