Which of 3 "M"s for Morroccan: Marrakech, El Mansour, or Menara (San Jose)?

The upside of living on the Peninsula is being able to go up to the City or down to San Jose. . . We've been to Aziza (and liked it), but are looking for more traditional Morroccan (or Algerian or Tunisian) food--couscous in particular.

Does anyone have feedback on the restaurants above, or suggestions for some other place?
