3 days in Paris; Le Cinq, Ledoyen, Arpege, Guy Savoy, Astrance

My fiancee and I will be visiting Paris for 3 nights in early August. It is our first time.

I was planning a few lunches and have had the 5 restaurants on my wish list for a few years.

- Our budget is around the 150-180 Euro mark per person, excluding wines
- We really want to try a mix of classic French and modern French
- Tasting menu is preferred
- No preference on the seating setting or ambiance

I have searched and browsed the forum for as many reviews as I can find (as well as ParisByMouth and Andy Hayler), but haven't been able to find more recent ones on them. I was wondering have any of the general views of these restaurants changed in the last 1-2 years?

If I had to pick 3 to try, which would you go with, and why? My top 3 preference in order, are Le Cinq, Ledoyen and Astrance.

I have not looked at the other restaurants yet (getting to that next), but will be hoping to try other restaurants for dinner that will be at the 100 Euro per person range.

Are there other restaurants you would suggest that I haven't considered?

Thanks in advance

Le Cinq,
Hotel Le Cinq Codet,
Pavillon Ledoyen, Alléno Paris,
Pizza Cinq Diamants
