3 Days in Cape Town, SA

Heya Hounds,

it's been a while since there was anything specific in Cape Town. Hoping to get a fresh set of recos, and see if there are thoughts on our overall plans so far:

Day 1: Table Mountain AM and Robben Island PM. Planning on walking the markets at VA Waterfront for lunch; dinner at Short Market.
Short Market: http://theshortmarketclub.co.za/home/

Day 2: Wine country (Stellenbosch) throughout the day. Lunch at Spek and Bone, dinner at Babel.
Spek & Bone: https://bertusbasson.com/wp-content/u...
Babel: https://www.babylonstoren.com/experie...

Day 3: AM False Bay/Seal Island/Boulders Bay and PM Cape of Good Hope. Lunch, thinking about Harbour House in Kalk Bay (couldn't find anything great around Simonstown or the Cape?); dinner, thinking about Greenhouse.
Harbour House: http://www.harbourhouse.co.za/
Greenhouse: http://www.greenhouserestaurant.co.za/

Let me know any general comments. Day 3 is where I'm struggling (my stay is Monday-Wednesday, so reservations aren't terribly difficult to come by). Can't find anything that looks great around Simonstown (have a boat leaving around 10AM for a couple hours to see some stuff), and trying to figure out if Greenhouse is worth it. Read mixed reviews.

Let me know if there's anything you think we're missing; I haven't been in years, and my wife has never been, so it's basically fresh for both of us!
